Inmarsat is proud to be an inclusive, equal opportunity employer and we seek to attract and retain the best people from the widest possible talent pool. Inmarsat is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment and to avoiding discrimination in employment.

Please discuss with your recruitment contact any reasonable adjustments to our Recruitment Process that you may require.

We attract and retain highly talented people by providing a challenging and interesting workplace and excellent market-competitive remuneration packages. These packages are tailored to meet the needs and expectations of each geographic environment and to reflect the individual's personal contribution to the business.

Competitive remuneration

This includes salary, annual bonus plan or sales incentive scheme (depending on the type of role) and the potential to participate in Executive share schemes. Depending on where the role is based and thus in keeping with the local market we also offer a variety of retirement plans and benefits such as medical and dental care, AD&D, life assurance and income protection.

Inmarsat considers the rarity of skills, but also takes account of personal impact and the value you bring to the business. Salaries at Inmarsat are highly competitive and appropriately reflect an individual’s role and their contribution, in the context of their level and the degree of responsibility and complexity of the position they hold.

A formal salary review is scheduled every year to ensure salaries remain in line with market trends and on-going value to the business. Ad hoc salary increases may occur if there is a substantial change in responsibilities or a job has evolved significantly.

Bonus plans

The aim of our Bonus Plans is to recognise and reward individual contributions towards corporate success. The schemes in place work within clearly defined structures and are based upon individual success, and the achievements of objectives aligned to business unit and corporate goals.
