Job Description

Primary role purpose:

The SDT PMO Co-ordinator will provide proactive workstream and administrative support to the overall Programme Coordinator and the SDT Programme Director. The successful candidate will provide support for the coordination of specific activities (see below), and will assist in meeting deadlines, while anticipating the needs of the team and managing multiple priorities in a proactive, resilient and energetic manner. A flexible approach, together with the skills and personality to build positive relationships across all functions of the business are essential to being successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

PMO support

  • Assist OneIT Programme Director in implementing a Managed Service Provider Lifecycle Management Framework
  • Support the on board and off boarding of Managed Service Provider contractors across the programme
  • Support key PMO administrative tasks
  • Support and coordinate technology and facility requirements of the programme
  • Manage the raising of POs for specific workstreams and liaise with the Programme Co-ordinator on budget requirements.
  • Support the workstreams with getting collateral produced, booking rooms, sending invites, sharing information with key stakeholders, diary management
  • Support the drafting of internal communications associated with the workstreams and programme
  • Act as a point of contact for the for the SDT PMO and wider programme team

Meeting arrangements

  • Arrange meetings and send invites /updates accordingly
  • Set up WebEx facilities, teleconferences, videoconferences
  • Format presentations and provide printouts

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Positive and proactive outlook
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Can do attitude

Desirable Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge or experience in SAP, Concur and WebEx.
  • Basic writing skills and the willingness to learn
