Job Description

Primary role purpose:

The ABU Sales Supporter / Coordinator operates within the Aviation Business Units (ABU) Sales Operations team and will be primarily responsible for providing operational administrative support to the Cabin, Core, Key Account Management (KAM) and Channel sales teams. The objective for this role is to act as a central static capability that ensures the business as usual operations are continually delivered. 

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the cabin, core, KAM & channel sales teams with all administrative management functions. Typical tasks will include support with monthly reporting, opportunity review preparation, account planning preparation and administrative CRM support.
  • Support the preparation, organisation and execution of the weekly Aviation Review Board (ARB) meetings. This will include the practical organisation of the review alongside support with the preparation of the presentations.
  • Act as an internal customer champion for all ABU customer queries. This will mean working closely with customer services, technical support, billing support, accounts payable and other central functions to ensure problems, queries and requests are all being progressed to resolution.
  • Act as a trusted, friendly & knowledgeable point of commercial contact to customers via email and telephone as directed by the account team.
  • Manage the Credit Note Tool (CNT), Special Pricing Request (SPR), and Billing System Records (BSR) on behalf of the team.
  • Support the setup and on boarding of new partners through the CPP and VAR processes.
  • Assist with activations and provide assistance with Gateway/Dashboard
  • Support the delivery of the L2O process and its ongoing development
  • Provide other administrative support as requested.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must be proficient in the use of Excel, Word, CRM Packages specifically Salesforce.com
  • Previous Sales / administration support experience essential
  • Organised and diligent, committed to seeing activities and processes through
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong Communication Skills

Desirable Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience working for a Technology or Telecommunications company
  • Ex Government or Military experience would be a benefit however not essential
  • Pro-active communicator, a natural sharer of information and collaborator across dispersed teams
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry
