Job Description

Primary role purpose:

To be the intricate link between the Account Manager, the customer (DP’s, SP’s, & end users), and internal departments (Pricing, Marketing, Accounting, Channel Management, Global Support, Credit, Logistics, Legal).  Ensure quality customer service by working as a team with Account Managers and other areas of the business unit to ensure daily requests are handled efficiently while working to increase revenues in the region and globally.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating and advocating for customers across all internal departments and keeping customers updated on issues and requests
  • Managing existing customer relations with partners
  • Maintaining pricing contracts, providing promotional details and service updates to the customer
  • Training and guiding partners on the Gateway and Dashboards via phone, WebEx and in person when possible
  • Providing equipment quotations, processing purchase orders, and tracking shipments
  • Investigating and helping resolve billing issues or disputes
  • Carrying out activities in Salesforce including tracking and clarifying leads, SPRs, opportunities, demos, solution engineering requests, and reporting
  • Global cross training within sales support group to learn about wider Enterprise customer base and providing global sales support and backup when necessary
  • Performing sales operations functions

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Higher education or a convincing track record proving similar intellectual level and capacities
  • Efficient and effective approach to research and investigation
  • Solid experience working in an organisation with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent command of the English language, in both written and oral communications
  • Excellent and enthusiastic communicator – able to talk to customers, sales partners and technical divisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Results oriented, accountable
  • Structured approach, accurate and good analytical & administrative skills
  • International travel may be required at times
