Job Description


The Campaign Executive will deliver impactful and innovative campaigns that promote Inmarsat Maritime’s products, services and events to our partners and end-users in the Maritime industry and provide measurable ROI.

The role will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base across the maritime industry and raise brand awareness through delivering a range of global and sector specific campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic team player, skilled in creating and managing digital and offline marketing campaigns for an international audience.

This is a full-time role reporting to the Marketing Manager and will be based in our London office.

Job Requirements


  • Play a lead role in the development and project management of Inmarsat’s online marketing campaigns to our partner and end-user community
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement/ROI of marketing campaigns
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators, copywriters and the corporate digital team where necessary
  • Write, edit and proof-read copy for landing pages and promotional materials within marketing campaigns
  • Assist with the running of events including the creation of e-invites, event logistics and post-event follow-up
  • Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis, evaluation of KPIs and ROI analysis
  • Stay abreast of new and emerging campaign tactics and technologies
  • Any other duties as appropriate to support the wider Marketing Communications team


  • A degree, or equivalent professional marketing qualification is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role, specifically in developing and managing digital campaigns
  • Experiences successfully project managing complex campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Experienced in creating content for an international audience
  • Experience of campaign evaluation and reporting
  • Experience of a marketing automation system such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua or Click Dynamics
  • Experience of Content Management Systems such as WordPress
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-department environment with strong interpersonal skills
  • Project management experience
  • Very well organised with a proven ability to multi-task
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness to respond to a fast-paced work environment with shifting deadlines
  • Support wider marketing communications team where necessary
  • Ability and willingness to travel if required

A degree or equivalent professional marketing qualification, such as the Diploma in Professional Marketing or the Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing preferred.

Relevant experience in marketing, specifically in developing marketing campaigns.
